Flintshire Foodbank, Community Kitchens and Pantries

Part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.  Can provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis.  Please note that this is a crisis support service and your situation will be discussed by the referral agency to enable any additional support needs to be identified.

Foodbank vouchers can be issued from the school office.  Foodbank locations and opening times will be given when the voucher is issued.

Affordable Food

The following list gives information on places that Flintshire residents can access food when they do not have the financial means to purchase any.  Some places offer free food and others charge a minimal price.  Where possible details of any cost are included in the description, however, it is always better to check with the provider as offers do change, and a person’s individual circumstances can sometimes be taken into consideration.
